What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid ID card or passport, driver's license, and credit card with sufficient credit limit are required. For corporate rentals, a tax certificate and signature specimen are also required.

You must be at least 20 years old and have a valid driver's license for at least two years. These requirements may vary depending on the vehicle group.
How does the vehicle pickup and return process work?
Vehicles are returned clean and well-maintained, with the same fuel level as when they were delivered. Returns must be made with the same fuel level; otherwise, a fuel surcharge and service fee will apply. Delivery and return can be done at our office or at your address for an extra fee.
Can someone else drive the vehicle?
Only the drivers whose names are listed in the contract may drive the vehicle. If additional drivers are required, prior registration is necessary, and an additional fee may apply.

Do not move the vehicle. Call the traffic police or gendarmerie, and obtain a report and an alcohol test certificate.

Traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to your registered credit card.
